Terms of Service
Last updated 30 July 2026
Stratos is a private internal tool. Access is granted by invitation to members and contractors of the operating company, and these terms govern that access. There is no public service being offered here.
Access
Accounts are created by invitation only and remain the property of the operating company. Access may be granted, narrowed, or withdrawn at any time, and ends when a member’s engagement with the company ends. Accounts are personal: credentials must not be shared.
Acceptable use
- Use the app only for the operating company’s business, and only within the access you have been granted.
- Do not attempt to reach data belonging to a workspace, venture, or person you have not been granted access to.
- Do not use the app to break the law, or to breach the terms of a connected platform — Meta’s advertising policies included.
Content and ownership
Records created in the app in the course of work — documents, tasks, advertising material, financial entries and the rest — belong to the operating company. Deleted records go to a recoverable Trash and are purged permanently after 30 days.
Connected services
The app connects to third-party services, including Meta’s advertising platform, on the operating company’s own accounts. Those services have their own terms, which continue to apply. We are not responsible for a third party’s availability or for changes it makes to its platform.
Availability and liability
The app is provided as-is, with no warranty of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent the law permits, the operator is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
Changes
These terms may change. The revised version is published on this page with a new date at the top, and continued use is acceptance of it.
